Moissanite is a gemstone distinct from diamond and has its own physical and optical characteristics.

Our international jewelry collection is primarily crafted using 925 Sterling Silver and Moissanite.

Sterling silver contains 92.5% silver and may naturally react with environmental factors such as:

  • Moisture

  • Sweat

  • Perfume

  • Cosmetics

  • Chlorine

  • Chemicals

Natural tarnishing may occur over time and does not by itself indicate that the jewelry is fake or defective.

Regular cleaning and appropriate jewelry care are recommended.

Product-specific certifications, plating details, warranties, care instructions, stone specifications, or other information may be stated on individual product pages.

SECTION 7 - ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.

After receiving an order, we may review:

Customized, personalized, engraved, altered, or specially made products may not qualify for change-of-mind returns.

Customers must obtain return instructions before sending jewelry back to Caratbazaar.
